Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows: You will need a valid Credit Card at time of reservation, Cancellations or date changes must be made 20 days before your arrival, You must send a cancellation or date change request, via email followed by a phone call. If you do not cancel or change dates 20 days before arrival, your card will be charged the full amount for the dates you originally reserved.

Boat Cancellations

Boat Cancellation policy has changed. All boat rental must be cancelled 48 hours before the start time or you will be charged the full rental. The only exception is high winds, heavy rain and lightning.

Cabins and Tent Cancellations

Our cancellation and date change policy for RV sites, cabins, tent sites, and the apartment is 20 days before your arrival date. If you don’t cancel you will be charged your entire stay.  If you have any questions please call us at 406-293-7474
